Romanee-St-Vivant is located on the southern part of Romanee-Conti and covers 9 hectares in Vosne-Romanee, situated on the lower slopes. Grapes from this vineyard produces the lightest, most delicate and aromatic Grand Cru from Vosne-Romanee. The producer, Franck Follin-Arbelet, has worked in Burgundy since his childhood. He started his own estate in Aloxe-Corton in 1993 and produces Romanee-St-Vivant from Clos des Quatre Journaux of Romanee-St-Vivant, not far away from Domaine de la Romanee Conti’s plot in Romanee-St-Vivant.
