Henri Germain is considered to be a benchmark white wine producer and is widely appreciated by Burgundians as well as other Burgundy producers as its wines are unique in style and offer great quality. Their wines attract great demand from wine collectors from all over the world and are some of the rarest wines in trade nowadays. The wine is traditional, with little new oak influence in which their winemaker Jean-François Germain insists to remain at a level between 20-30%; and are aged in one of the coolest cellars in Burgundy, allowing their wines to develop slowly and beautifully. Burghound’s Allen Meadows has praised their wines over and over again, and said,“I have been saying it for years but I will say it again: if you don’t know these wines, you should because the quality is just too good to ignore. The style is intensely classic…”.
Most of the wines from Henri Germain get sold out after its first release so we are extremely pleased to be able to offer you a selection of his Meursault from vintages between 2005 and 2009 today. All rare opportunities, mature and ready to drink now! -
