Benoit Ente, the younger brother of the renowned white winemaker Arnaud Ente, started making wines in the 1980s and set up his own estate in 1997. Nowadays he owns a total of 4 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault. With some influence from his brother Arnaud, Benoit Ente’s wines share similar precision and finesse that makes pure and crystalline wines. He is very picky in sourcing his grapes in that only the best quality grapes are used in his wines. Today we are pleased to offer a small parcel of his Bourgogne Chardonnay from 2017 which is one of the greatest vintages of recent years for Burgundy white. Just arrived in stock, this is only HK$390 per bottle, offering fantastic value for money -
