Established in Beaune in the late 1800s, Remoissenet has long been known for their Grand Cru and Premier Cru productions of both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. They are very careful with their grape selection and only buy the best quality grapes, in which they even offer bonuses to growers when the quality exceeds expectations. They keep their wines unmoved in their cellar after bottling, a practice which is unique to their Maison. Every year they release their library stock and they attract a phenomenal response among Burgundy connoisseurs from all over the world. The labels are only applied onto the bottles when they are released.
Though they are well-known for their Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines, their village wines are equally impressive and offer superb value for money as we have tasted both their Bourgogne Blanc Diamond Jubilee 1991 and 1992 which were both beautifully aged, excellent and appealing. We were able to offer the 1991 last month and it was one of the hottest items of recent. We have been keen to secure more of this fantastic-valued Chardonnay so we are proud to offer more of this beautiful Bourgogne Blanc Diamond Jubilee from the recently released 1997 vintage and in magnum (1.5L) format which we expect to be another nice release from Remoissenet Pere & Fils and even better given the more ideal aging conditions in the larger format bottles.
Now offered at special prices until it arrives in 8 weeks, order now and stash these into your cellar, ready to enjoy anytime at parties with family and friends -
